Japan Rope Shop is an online shop dedicated to Japanese bondage enthusiasts and those who love Japan in general.

At the helm of the project are Federico Kirigami, Marta Tenshiko and 7Gatto, lovers of kinbaku and Japanese culture.

We deal with products dedicated to bondage and not only.

In 2012 Federico and Marta travel together to Japan for the first time, starting a path that will bring them closer to Japanese culture.

In 2016 they create together the Rope Tales project, the choice of the name comes from the desire to tell their passion towards each other, as well as towards kinbaku.

In the same year they opened School of Rope in Milan where they regularly teach every week; they also work in several European cities, holding Japanese bondage workshops.

The passion leads them to go deeper and deeper with research in different fields, not only in the erotic one: aesthetics, history, art, cooking, until when - in 2018 - they start studying the tea ceremony.

Thanks to this last experience, Marta begins to study the dressing of the Kimono and deepen the nuances of Japanese aesthetic taste.

In 2016, together with 7Gatto, a new student of the school, the online sales activity begins, which in 2020 focuses on this webshop.

With Japan Rope Shop they feed together their passion for Japan and kinbaku.
